"This has been amazing - thank you so much!"

Cyber Security Risk Officer

"Great debrief this morning on the largest cyber attack incident in the U.S. with the incident leader.
Greatly appreciate Andy for walking us through the strategy and practicals of managing through a full impact incident."

Key takeaways:
- Plan as a committee, execute as command and control
- Leverage internal SME to play role in planning for third parties (AWS, etc)
- Priorities for Texas response - Comms, then water, and so on
- Response is a business problem, not IT
- Learn from others pains, contact and glean lessons learned and be sure those are planned!

"Thanks to the team for bringing us together today."
